Software Support Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These include:
- Managing internal IT Infrastructure and Network.
- Assisting with migrating internal CRM system to Microsoft CRM platform.
- Supporting customers using our software: logging and answering support calls and emails, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
- Passing calls where necessary to second level support and monitoring progress.
- Maintaining management information.
- Other routine admin tasks.
- Using initiative to introduce improvements to systems and methods.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good attitude, team player and quick learner
- Some knowledge of SQL (especially MS SQL Server)
- Windows Active Directory Administration
- Virtualisation Technology, ideally XenServer
- Linux Server Administration experience is a plus

LIKELY CANDIDATE PROFILE
- IT Related Degree
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and with the written word.
- Self-starter with proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Customer facing work experience an advantage.
