We are fully manned at present and providing our usual high quality level of support. Currently some of our team are working from home all or most of the time – with remote access having long been tried and trusted before the virus outbreak. In the event phone calls go to the support or sales voicemail, they will be returned promptly and there will be no impact on answering emails.
All our development is performed by our large and experienced team in Leatherhead, and in any eventuality we expect to continue to maintain a high level of support: if our support team is unduly affected by illness, we will prioritise support for our clients ahead of software development.
